This blog post was written to honor the end of my dear friend's journey, from the perspective of a loved one who traveled alongside her. I hope that this glimpse into our final days together can provide others in a similar situation, and their loved ones, with a sense of the beauty and dignity that can be present, even in the midst of the struggle.
